Open Position: Hedge Fund Compliance Associate (New York Tri-State Area)This is a high-exposure position that calls for exceptional time management skills. You will be assisting with the organization, administration and management with the enforcement of the company’s compliance program.
- Job Description: Monitoring, updating, and enforcing compliance policies and procedures. Testing and documenting compliance policies. Monitoring key federal and state regulatory developments. Preparing for and responding to SEC inquiries and audits
- Required Experience: 1-5 years investment advisory compliance experience. Knowledge of Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Securities Act of 1933. Strong Excel skills, experienced in pre-post transaction legal compliance support, document review for new products or funds, understand and can review 13F, 13G Filings.
- Compensation: $65K+$80K plus bonus
Open Position - Financial Services Paralegal (Minneapolis, Minnesota)Our client, a highly successful hedge fund in Minneapolis, Minnesota seeks to add an experienced paralegal to its in-house legal team ASAP! In this role, you will review, negotiate and assist with firm's trading documentation, including ISDA agreements and related derivatives documentation. Other responsibilities include assisting with blue sky and other regulatory filings as well as corporate documents. Ideal candidates will be very detail-oriented and have 5+yrs of sophisticated financial services, with a strong preference for candidates with hedge fund experience. Great compensation and working environment.
